Due to the wide variety of items, we cannot perform in-depth testing or verification (e.g., checking whether a CD plays, a book has missing pages, a model is complete, or a puzzle has all pieces). Buyers should understand and accept these risks.

Refund Policy
Full refund may be provided under these circumstances:
💰 Seller does not respond for an extended period
💰 Seller confirms item is out of stock and issues a refund
💰 Seller fails to ship and refunds the buyer

Refunds will NOT be provided under these circumstances:
💸 Seller fails to ship after receiving payment
💸 Seller becomes unresponsive after payment
💸 Seller’s product differs from the description but refuses a refund
💸 Seller fails to fulfill promises but refuses a refund

以下情況則無法退款：
💸 賣家收款後不寄貨
💸 賣家收款後失聯
💸 賣家商品與描述不符但拒絕退款
💸 賣家未履行承諾但拒絕退款
