大部份貨物均沒有存貨，下單後團隊會開始到店購入。所以集貨需時，亦視乎商店本身出貨速度。

因為沒有既定的產品，需要人手計算運費，提交訂單後請耐心等候報價。HKLongD使用UPS, Fedex, DHL, Hong Kong Post，直送到你家門口。所有訂單均附有追蹤碼，客人可以隨時查閱貨物狀態。

運費有眾多因素，除了重量，地區、體積、季節、含電池等亦是考慮之一。我們會使用最便宜的速遞服務，以促成交易。若然有任何特殊需求，可以在下單時的＂其他指示＂提出。

Worldwide Shipping✈️📦

We DON'T have stock for most of the items. HKLongD provides buying service. Therefore, it will take days to gather products. Time required also depends on the shop itself.

Since it could be any product, we will have to manually quote for each order. We will get back to you with the price asap after receiving the order. HKLongD uses couriers including UPS, Fedex, DHL, and Hong Kong Post. All shipments are coming with tracking that customers could check parcel status anytime.

Shipping has a few factors including weight, dimension, remote area, peak season, and more. We'll select the courier with lowest cost. If you have any special needs, let us know via "Further Instructions".
