As a result, it may take a few days to gather the products, and the exact timeframe will depend on the individual shops.

Since the range of products is diverse, we manually quote each order to provide you with the most accurate pricing. Upon receiving your order, we will promptly get back to you with the price. We work with reputable courier services, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Hong Kong Post, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. All shipments come with tracking capabilities, allowing you to monitor the status of your parcel at any time.

Shipping costs are determined based on several factors, such as the weight, dimensions, shipping destination (including remote areas), and peak season demand. Our aim is to select the courier option with the lowest cost for your specific shipment. Please be aware that the price of shipping is determined by the greater value between the volumetric weight and the actual weight of the package.

Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: WxLxH/5000.
