我們到店前會先致電查詢產品價錢、存貨和留貨(如可)。這樣可盡量降低客人及我方的成本。

但也會遇上以下情況，影響買入變數：

1. 店鋪不設留貨服務
2. 開賣限量貨品，先到先得

在未能與客人取得即時聯絡的情況下，我們跟從以下原則：

⭕️假若部份產品缺貨，我方會按原定計劃購入其他所有產品，並退回缺貨產品的貨價。
❌假若全部產品缺貨，我方會在現場拍照，證明確實到訪，並退回所有產品的貨價和一半的服務費。

Before visiting the stores, we will contact them to check prices, availability, and, if possible, reserve the item you desire. This process helps to reduce both customers' and our costs.

However, please be aware of the following situations that may introduce uncertainty:

1. Store Doesn't Reserve Items Over the Phone: Some stores may have policies that prevent them from reserving items over the phone.
2. Queues for New Launch Items: For highly anticipated new launch items, there might be queues or limited availability.

If we are unable to immediately reach you during the visit, we will follow the steps below:

⭕️ If any item is "sold out," we will proceed to purchase the remaining items in your order and provide a refund for the "sold out" product.
❌ If the entire order is "sold out," we will take a photo to verify our presence and refund the full product price along with half of the service fee.
